i run track and cross .. I have no problem with my knee doc gave me a sheet with exercises to do ..... covers only normal quadriceps UR doing side leg lifts, and will help ...

ps my miles of track time is like 6:00 in the [13]! but is accompanied by a long miles XC field to be different .... But so good ..... startin UR UR, simply follow Tranninger!
