I was informed that my contract not because "the impact of restructuring has been renewed. My employer wants to submit a letter of resignation to give my position known on a ballot for jobs. It seems that my boss is too much pressure explain to me about my retirement because I think it will not pay unemployment benefits. you can put pressure on me this legally? it may the grace period or must I give to my letter to both?
