Let me know what it is because I play this year and I'm sure. I knee but my friend told me that I need a mouthpiece and cup. Opinions please. Thank you.

The only person I saw, use a mouthpiece volleyball had the keys.
I coach a team of college men and from what I understand, they do not wear cups. Some wear spandex under their shorts equipment.
After years of playing and coaching I've never heard of male players to use CUPS. Very, very few people or players wear mouthpieces. However, if you have braces and you're a DS / Libero, could possibly consider, although it is far from necessary. I would be thin with the knee, such as Nike Drifa. Some teams wear long socks men, although most are low-cut. I have a really good pair of shoes, Mizuno and Adidas are good brands to check out. Only shorts and a shirt for other reasons are needed.
