Where can i get a projector or a relatively small TV(up to about 20 inches) quite cheaply? - build small slide projector

Where can I get to a projector (OHP if not a film / slide projector, the way I can connect to a PC or DVD player) or a relatively small LCD TV (flat screen, very thin, about 20 cm) , very cheap (as in less than 200 pounds). Never mind the weather it's online or a shop, but it should be in or near Leicestershire. The projector must be of very good quality for a screen of 3 feet. I saw as something like the AL-100, and said all Reveiws it was too cr * p. It would probably also quite small and light, or in my house is not exactly the strongest, and is very foolish.
