Pain In Left Arm More Condition_symptoms What Could Be Causing This Weird Upper Chest/left Arm Pain?

What could be causing this weird upper chest/left arm pain? - pain in left arm more condition_symptoms

This takes place over several weeks and may last only a few seconds each time, but today is much, much time and a longer duration. I have a burning pain of an inch below the left collarbone in a straight line from the outer edge of my neck. Usually when I these pains, I feel it in my arm in several places, but not so strong. I'm not 100% sure, but it really feels like a blood vessel for me.
Ideas?
